Can I take photos/Video in the theaters at Irving Arts Center?
Small, non-professional personal cameras are allowed in the Dupree Theater, in Carpenter Hall and in Suite 200 for performances. Cameras must fit in your pocket or in a small clutch bag. Flash photography, videography and cameras with removable lenses are not permitted without venue approval.
This policy is subject to change based on the artist or event. Some artists/clients/presenters do not permit photography or recording, so please check on the show you are attending to make sure cameras are allowed.
Photography must not disrupt the performance or the experience of other patrons. Irving Arts Center reserves the right to restrict photography at any time.

Can I take photos/Video in the galleries at Irving Arts Center?
Photography for personal, non-commercial use is permitted in the galleries at Irving Arts Center’s, though restrictions may apply to specific pieces or exhibitions. If you are uncertain if photography is permitted, please ask a Patron Services Associate in the Irving Arts Center Box Office.
Flash photography is prohibited in all galleries. Stabilization devices such as tripods and monopods are prohibited without prior consent. Camera bags and other equipment may be restricted at Irving Arts Center’s discretion. Photography must not be disruptive to other visitors, block walkways or be an obstruction for visitors moving throughout the facility.
Irving Arts Center reserves the right to restrict photography at any time.

Promotional Photography Notice / Implied Consent
While visiting IRving Arts Center, staff, volunteers or others in the building who are visiting may take photograph, film, video, audio, and/or otherwise record you. By visiting Irving Arts Center, you agree that Media Materials may be collected and used for business purposes by Irving Arts Center without compensation. Such uses may include internally or externally promoting Irving Arts Center through various forms of media, advertising, and other outlets.
You understand that Irving Arts Center will not allow you to view or approve the use of the Media Materials. If you ask us to stop using the Media Materials, we will take reasonable steps to phase out use, you understand that Media Materials may continue to appear in publications already in circulation or to be used until such time as they can be replaced.
By visiting Irving Arts Center, you agree to the use of such Media Materials and waive any right in any such materials and release Irving Arts Center of any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities related to the use of Media Materials now and in the future.
