Musical Treasures from Around the World: Sofia Ros, Accordion Virtuoso Presented by Irving Symphony Orchestra

Over the years, Irving Symphony Orchestra (ISO) has been a champion of new music, and wonderful soloists. This concert follows in this tradition by presenting music from Argentina, Armenia, Hungary, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Ireland and yes, another US premiere of a work by another ISO/SMU composer in residence that they are featuring this season. ISO’s guest soloist will be 18 year-old Spanish accordion virtuoso Sofia Ros.  It will be an unforgettable evening of great music!
